Science-Backed Wellness, Lifestyle Medicine Research & Health Coaching to Help You Feel Your Best

As a scientist and in-training health & wellness coach and a lifestyle medicine advocate, I blend research and personalized coaching to help you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.


I support individuals navigating fatigue, inflammation, hormonal imbalances, and chronic conditions—especially when conventional care falls short.


This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan or a quick fix. It’s about sustainable change rooted in your biology, history, preferences, and goals.



What Informs My Work


Lifestyle Medicine
A clinical, evidence-based approach that uses everyday habits—like food, exercise, sleep, stress management, and social connection—as powerful tools to prevent, manage, and even reverse chronic disease. It’s not alternative; it’s foundational medicine backed by decades of research.


Functional Nutrition
More than “eat this, not that.” Functional nutrition addresses the root causes of imbalance and works with your body’s systems to restore optimal function. I consider your history, symptoms, labs, and lifestyle to create a personalized, therapeutic, and sustainable nutrition plan.


Health & Wellness Coaching
Lasting change doesn’t come from information alone. It comes with support. Coaching helps bridge the gap between knowing and doing. I’ll help you build confidence, clarify your goals, and stay consistent—even when life gets in the way.
